What happens during a Reflexology treatment?
At the initial treatment we will fill out a consultation form which will give us a general picture of your health, fitness and stress levels. You will then be asked to take off your shoes and socks and lay on the couch and then encouraged to close your eyes and relax. Your feet will be massaged with oil one at a time. Working systematically over the reflex points in the feet. Starting at the big toe (head) and working down the foot through the digestive system and ending up on the top of the foot with some gentle stroking and relaxation moves. By gentle work on the points on the feet I can find indications of imbalance and stimulate the energy centres enabling your body to balance and find well being.
